Job Description

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 4, 5 & 9 regulated activities
• Lead the activities of asset management relating to portfolio management and fund management
• Supervise, manage, formulate, review and update the operation procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Assist in all private fund projects, including fund structure set up, sales & marketing, product development
• Formulate investment policy, strategy and asset allocation plan
• Structured asset under management and its growth plan

Requirements

• Current license holder of Responsible Officer under the SFC for Type 9 regulated activities;
• Sound knowledge of SFC regulations, rules and guidelines
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in investment / asset management
• Degree holder in Finance, Financial Services, Banking, Economics etc
• Professional qualification such as CFA, RICS/HKIS, Chartered Accountant/CPA/ ACCA preferred
• Immediate availability is preferred
