Responsibilities:

• Prepare credit proposals on large corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns (counterparty and issuer risks)
• Monitor the credit rating changes and identify the deteriorating counterparties with appropriate & prompt action if necessary
• Monitor the utilization of country, sector, portfolio and credit limits and review MIS reports
• Assist in policy review and ensure the compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Review ISDA, GMRA and related documentations
• Assist in Basel and ad-hoc credit risk related projects including upgrade and implementation of different trading / limit monitoring systems
  
  
  

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Degree Holder with major in business / accounting / finance disciplines
• Over 8-year working experience in credit risk management of banking institutions
• Professional qualification of CFA / CPA / FRM is preferred        
• In-depth knowledge in credit risk management, risk analysis, banking operations and financial products
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, with experience in Kondor, KGR, SAS and related statistical software would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager, Institutional & Country Risk.
