Responsible for the trade processing and settlement function including all Retail Investment Products, Unit Trust, equities and Nominees Services. 

Key Responsibilities: 
·        Execute daily settlement and operations relating to all Retail Investment Products, Unit Trust, equities and Nominees Services 
·        Handle enquiries of branches 
·        Ensure timely reconciliation of G/L Accounts, Inventory with all custodians and commission and rebate is done regularly 
·        Handle corporate action and corporate event in a timely manner and follow-up with business units for customers’ reply, if required 
·        Construct CHATS/ SWIFT Payments 
·        Execute transfer of security inventory with custodians 
·        Assist in system enhancement and UAT testing 
·        Assist in automation of some manual work processes and develop/review procedure 
·        Take up other ad hoc tasks as assigned 
·        Provide Training to other colleagues 

Requirements: 
·        Proficient in MS Office 
·        Fluent in English, Cantonese; 
·        Mature, independent, responsible and detail-minded 
·        Basic knowledge in financial products 
·        University degree or above
