To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Contract and Commercial Management

• 5+ Years of Contract & Commercial experience with Contractor in Construction Projects in Hong Kong

• Good business development acumen, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Capable to liaison with Clients & Consultants to solve Contractual & Commercial & claim matters

• Fluent in writing & reading Cantonese, Chinese & English is must

• Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is must

• 9 hour shift (09:00AM – 18:00 PM) with one hour lunch break, 5.5 working days per week

• Salary HK$ 14,000 – 20,000 per month
