Job Description
Our client, a top international event agency, is looking for a Head of Creative to join their team in Hong Kong.
As the Executive Creative Director/Head of Creative, you will:
- Provide concept/strategy, development to live and pitch projects.
- Liaise with clients, including taking briefs and following through to completion.
- Develop a solution to the brief.
- Assist with internal and client presentations, ensuring the creativity meets or exceeds clients’ expectations.
- Manage and work with different parties to ensure the projects are executed with the best performance
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of 3D disciplines and how other media can be creatively incorporated into a live communication experience.
- Lead and run the creative studio.
- Work closely with all department heads on management, creative and execution issues
The ideal candidate for these positions will have the following skills and experience:
- Degree holder in Art or Design field with minimum 10 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably from the events industry.
- Experience with a board range of design activities, from interior design to motion graphic to brand development
- Asia market knowledge, especially Hong Kong and China.
- Proficiency with 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, MS Word.
- Fluent English is mandatory, Cantonese and /or Mandarin is an advantage
