Purpose

This roles act as the middle person between our customers and vendors for the delivery of highest standard of service and products that meet their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities including product development, costing and production follow up.
• Assist in presenting new season collections by attending customer meetings, promotional events
• Ensure sufficient preparation on market trends is done for all customer meetings
• Handle and troubleshoot production issues with vendors by presenting alternatives and solutions to customers.
• Monitor order tracking to meet the quality and delivery date requirements in order to reach KPI targets.
• Source and select the suitable suppliers from existing list and from the wider market. 

We looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

• Qualifications in Merchandising, Textile or Clothing
• Experience in Materials Sourcing, Product Development, Garment Construction and Sample Development
• Minimum of 5 years garment merchandising experience in ideally in flat-knit, jersey and denim items
• Sound fashion sense and good understanding of textile quality
• Strong sense of taking the initiative by working independently with good time management
• Spoken and written skills in English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua
