To provide product development and administrative support for the brand, reporting to the Managing Directors. This is a 360 degree role, with a heavier emphasis in product development. We are looking for a pro-active, organized fast learner with a creative flair and a sensitivity to the bread & pastry market.

Task will include:

1. Product Development

• Assist in developing and launching new bread & pastry products that aligned with our company strategy and direction
• Work and modify packaging design brief with other development team members
• Conduct research study in pricing and quality of different food ingredients
• Conduct competitive market analysis with the objective of identifying new product opportunities
• Assist in managing social media and booklets from a UX perspective 

2. Business Management

• Follow up on orders, issue invoices and delivery report 
• Liaise with production and packaging team regarding orders, inventory and deliveries
• Maintain filing system and database of clients and suppliers
• Efficiently pitch the company’s products/service to the clients
• Negotiate and renegotiate pricing by phone, email, and in person
• Conduct administrative matters promptly and efficiently
• Manage accounting journals or cashbook when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience or a Bachelor degree in related field.
• Good knowledge of, and proficiency in, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent time management and organization
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner and attention to detail
• Good at working in a small team
• Experience in e-commerce, social media and online marketing is a plus
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Taobao is a plus
• Interested in the bread & pastry market is a plus
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
