Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire hotel operations and guest services relations
- Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction with hotel standards, handle guest complaints within assigned authority
- Promote team work and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments
- Alert and seek approval from head office in management of potential serious or dispute issues
- Partnership with Sales & Marketing Team to achieve hotel budgets
- Other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel industry, at least 5 of which must be at management level
- Hands on experience in both front office and ‘heart of the house’ operations
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, passionate team player
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
