Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire hotel operations and guest services relations
• Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction with hotel standards, handle guest complaints within assigned authority
• Promote team work and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments
• Alert and seek approval from head office in management of potential serious or dispute issues
• Partnership with Sales & Marketing Team to achieve hotel budgets
• Other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel industry, at least 5 of which must be at management level
• Hands on experience in both front office and ‘heart of the house’ operations
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, passionate team player
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
