Responsibilities:

Ÿ   Directly report to Group General Manager

Ÿ   Supervision:

-       Lead a team of 10 members which not limited to Food Production, Warehouse and Logistic

-       Supervise and evaluate performance of production manpower (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)

-       Train and motivate subordinate teams to achieve production target with budgeted cost, time and quality attributes.

Ÿ   Quality Control

-       Implement and improve SOP (standard operating procedures) for production operations and enforce quality control to meet quality objectives

-       Maximize resources utilization on manpower, raw materials, warehouse spacing and machinery to fulfil order requirements and conduct constant review on cost effectiveness

-       Set up operation strategies to optimize quality, quantity, cost and responsiveness, by providing cost estimation and budgeting

-       Implement enhancement plans in master scheduling, production capacity, material management, food quality and cost control in order to optimize return on investment and meet business targets

-       Work closely with internal department including Sales and Sales Support team to ensure business target & HACCP compliance task can be achieved properly

-       Analyze and revise production plans, review production capacity, and provide appropriate delivery dates as required

-       Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry

Ÿ   HACCP

-       Ensure straight compliance to HACCP standard and related quality standard

-       Ensure procedures are under tight control and records are updated according to HACCP standard

-       Ensure production process, staffing and documentation comply to company SOP and HACCP requirements

Ÿ   Perform ad hoc assignment / special tasks by direct supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Food Science, Pharmaceutical or related subjects
• Minimum 5 years solid work experience in food production industry with 2 years managerial experience
• Experienced in set up Food Factory and proven track record of Production Control in master scheduling.
• Knowledge and experience in food safety management, particularly in HACCP is preferred
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing and PowerPoint presentation.
• Strong leadership, well-organized, good analytical mind, self-motivator, excellent interpersonal skill and team player with “can-do” attitude to work with different levels of staff
• Experience of implementation of ERP system is an advantage
• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
