Job Description
- Relevant Degrees / Diploma in Architecture / Building Construction or Consultancy in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years experience in construction / interior design / fitting out field
- Candidates with membership in HKIA, RIBA, HKIS, HKICM, HKBSE are welcome.
- Providing technical support to clients & site coordination
- Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subtrades
- Relevant experiences in the Sectors of Retails, Food and Beverage, Hospitality and Corporate Office are expected
- Hands-on working attitude is always welcome
- Good PRC & Macau experience are preferred
- Working station: HK / Macau / PRC
- Be familiar with IT and Computer Software Application
- Candidate with less caliber shall be considered as APM)
