Responsibilities:

• Provide first level SAP support to end user
• Work with business to perform business process analysis to understand application requirements
• Conduct testing on all developments in order to gaining user acceptance
• Provide production system support to end user. This includes both general central support and local post-implementation support
• Respond to both internal and external audit on IT-related query
• Implement head office SAP security policy and process
• Ensure site offices SOX compliance

Requirements:

• Fresh university graduates - major in IT or MIS or IS or other related subjects
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Have basic knowledge on IT/ manufacturing/ ERP/ customer support
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, hard working, flexible and perseverance
• On-the-job training will be provided for successful candidates
