block.one is founded by a group of serial entrepreneurs and blockchain experts. We specialize in creating, developing, and delivering high-level technology solutions with a focus on blockchain related projects. Our first blockchain protocol software, EOS.IO, is currently in development. EOS.IO software will be the first blockchain protocol to deliver enterprise grade throughput, horizontal scaling, and asynchronous execution of smart-contracts, creating a ground-breaking blockchain platform for decentralized application development.

 

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to be located in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for managing front line support for our global customer base, managing a team that responds to technical and non-technical questions, comments, and needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to exceed key performance measures in service, in alignment with company’s business direction
  • Guide the team to provide solutions to customer requests and promptly take recovery actions
  • Provide ongoing training and quality assurance for customer service team, focused on developing soft skills for handling customer interactions
  • Participate in interviewing customer service candidates
  • Ensure the team operates in compliance with all internal and external regulations and guidelines
  • Prepare statistical reports for management’s use
  • Organize staff shifts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer support, preferably in a technology related industry
  • Good command of English, spoken and written
  • Good understanding of Information Systems
  • Initiative and service-oriented
  • Able to work independently
