The position will be responsible for responding to customer’s enquiries effectively by phone or e-mail in professional manner; handling enquiries from both internal clients and external clients independently; communicating effectively across boundaries and solve problems for clients; taking care and building good relationships with clients. 

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver customer services by acting as a coordinator and manage to communicate with internal and external clients. Participate and support business visit / meeting with clients located in HK, if needed
• Handle inspection/audit order enquiries, review and manage the client bookings till Invoicing and Account Receivable follow-up. Provide HK based back-up support during China office holiday period
• Verify and update the record in the database system/server in timely manner
• Deliver administrative support to internal colleagues in TQC HK and GCN if necessary
• Handle ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

• College degree or above
• Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skill
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
