Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute external and internal corporate communication strategies for the company
- Coordinate and administer public relations, corporate communications and corporate social responsibility events and initiatives
- Build media relations including developing proactive media and PR strategies, writing media releases, developing media insights, maintaining database and responding to media queries and requests
- Compose, update and maintain offline and online corporate materials in English and Chinese
- Support internal communications initiatives and staff activities
- Monitor daily media reports and support distribution of PR related materials
- Compile reports for public relations plans, strategies and budgets
- Provide assistance in department’s business initiatives, administration and budget monitoring
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Language or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline, exposure to financial industry preferred
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua required
