Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Planning and executing of various marketing strategies and programs including advertising, promotion and marketing campaigns.
• To understand client’s business needs and formulate the best strategies for achieving their marketing objectives and goals.
• To develop marketing plan for China online advertising (e.g. Wechat, Weibo, China Search Engine Marketing, China video channels, Tencent advertising, internet etc) to new and existing clients
• Act as project manager of ad hoc projects to develop, supervise and monitor the execution of marketing or PR programs.
• Work with marketing department and coordinate with agencies on corporate marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate and analyze campaign result and effectiveness with recommendation of improvements.
• Budget forecasting and controlling on costs on marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Marketing or Public Relations
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in marketing field, with 2 years experience in China market and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin, good in English.
• Occasional travel is required in PRC.
• Passionate, detailed mind, proactive/outgoing, self & team motivated, willing to take responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skill and creativity.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
