What Am I Expected To Do?

• Handling campaign materials and support to the success of campaign promotion;
• Prepare cost analysis and media options to meet client needs;
• Manage and ensure all client and vendor related documents are completed according to company guideline;
• Generate performance reports for client from social media platform figures after campaign completed;
• Analyse performance reports and assist Account Servicing team to advise clients’ future targets;
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and efficiency in reporting;
• Keep track of social media marketing trends;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

What Background Would Make Me Successful In This Role?

• Associate Degree/ Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field;
• Knowledge of both international and Chinese social media platforms and regional key influencers;
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, or PR; agency experience is a plus;
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ad-master, Miaozhen, CNZZ;
• Lesser experience will be considered;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage various accounts in a timely and professional manner;
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Immediate available is preferred.
