As a leader in e-commerce services, mobile technology, media solutions and digital innovation, they are seeking for a Digital Analytic Manager to join their team

Team Lead . Dynamic environment

Leading a team of business analyst, you will be managing and planning ongoing procedures to ensure alignment between stakeholders and teams on digital strategies are maximised. Defining key metrics to increase ROI with marketing team and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand relevant targets to design and implement KPI frameworks. To optimise online performance, you will put processes in place to drive efficiency within the team and govern creation of reports and dashboards to provide insights and strategic recommendations.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to be a degree holder with minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing/e-Commerce/Web/Digital analytics. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously and discern priorities. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with standard web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture etc), social media analytics tools and other relevant digital marketing tools will be a great advantage. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, and good understanding of digital metrics and KPIs. Basic experience with monitoring and reporting digital, social and mobile data (web, e-commerce, e-trade). Good command in Chinese is essential.
