Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the KPI of inventory healthiness, order fulfillment and merchant account management;
• Oversee and execute the front end and back office operations which include (i) maintenance of the product information such as product data, price setting and discount setting etc; (ii) closely work with warehouse and vendor/merchants for order fulfillment, goods return, shelf life monitoring and payment settlement; (iii) maintenance of all paper work and data verification of merchant account setup;
• Work closely with internal departments such as customer service, logistic, retail shops, information technology and finance departments to deliver high quality services standard;
• Consolidate operation statistics and reports and analyze the operation performance and initiate enhancement.

Requirement:

• Associate Degree holder or above in business or related discipline;
• 3 to 4 years relevant experience;
• Knowledge in back office administration and sales operation;
• Possess data editing and analysis skill, especially proficient in MS Excel;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good team player;
• Excellent communication skill to internal and external parties;
• Self-motivated, initiative, organized, detail-minded and can work independently.

Candidate with less experience could be considered as Assistant Operations Officer.
