Job Description
How You’ll Contribute:
- Handle email, mail in and fax enquiries
- Order placement to Order Fulfillment Specialist subsequent to email and fax enquiries
- Phone verification due to email
- Work with Marketing to incorporate promotion activities at email channels
- Credit Reports generation and delivery (including new staff reports)
- Metrics tracking on communication efficiency
What You'll Bring:
- Degree holder or equivalent experience
- 5 years customer service experience
- Previous email or social media customer experience is preferable
- Previous banking experience would be advantage but not mandatory
- Microsoft office skill
- Fluent in both English and Chinese on both written and spoken capabilities
- Detail mind with thorough follow up and follow through
- Handle order with excellent quality
- Good writing, presentation and communication skill
- Organized
- All order fulfillment from Email, Fax, Frontend channels
- Strictly follow compliance rules and handle customer data with absolute care
- Well co-operation with other departments
