Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, distribution and merchandising display objectives in general trade sector
- Regular store visit. Manage and establish strong relationship with independent drugstores
- Implement sales plan and coordinate trade promotion activities
- Ensure distribution performance / merchandising display along with company's objectives
- Perform merchandising duties and make sure all trade / in-store display promotion are well executed
- Analyze and monitor sales performance. Collect market intelligence and propose appropriate action
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Teriary education or above
- 2 years' or above solid field sales experience preferably in FMCG industry, hands-on experience in dealing with independent drugstores (General Trade) is an advantage
- Smart, presentable with strong communication and interpersolal skill
- Aggressive, hardworking, self-motivated with strong sense of commitment and responsibility
- Well organized with positive working attitude
- Eager to learn and strive for continuous growth
- Proficient in using MS office (Word, Execel & Power-point) & Chinese processing is a must
