Job Responsibilities:   

• To prepare full set of import shipping documents and handle Trade link declaration
• To communicate with carriers, suppliers and overseas partners
• To handle daily communications with suppliers and shipment follow up

Job Requirements:        

• F.5 or above or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years related work experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese. Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Independent, responsible, well-organized & able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime
• Immediately available is preferable
