Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Airfreight / Seafreight export & import operation including updating the data in the systems
• Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices
• Handle full set of documents & operations
• Co-ordinate with customers / overseas agents
• Maintain daily communication with China offices
• Co-ordinate with warehouse for goods received

Job Requirements 工作要求

• Secondary Education or graduate of above
• At least 2-3 supervisory experience in Airfreight / Seafreight forwarding industry
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good computer skills
