Responsibilities:

-Assist project team on documentation and administration work

-Perform project administrative duties included invoice, report and quotation and handling telephone calls etc

-Data and checklist updating

-Work closely with related parties on daily operations

-Perform ad hoc duty as required

Requirements:

-Form 5/ DSE or above

-At least 1 year working experience, preferably in E&M project administration support

-Proficient in use of computer and software (MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint)

-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

-Good communication and organization skills

-Immediately available is an advantage
