Our management trainee Program is specifically designed for mainland graduates wishing to pursue a career in Hong Kong. We aim to cultivate young talent who possess leadership qualities to become strong management leaders. In this role, you will :

• Involve in a two-year training program on different aspects divided into four major areas, marketing, sales, operation and business development, recruitment
• Assist in planning and executing all aspects of marketing and business development, including promoting brand image, and coordinate with external parties on promotion campaign
•  Provide consultative needs analysis to potential clients;
•  Obtain overseas training opportunities, content include international recognized effective communication courses. 

Preferred skills and qualifications

•  Master Degree holder. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
