Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist General Manager to oversee the daily operations in Administration Department
  • Supervise the administration team to provide full spectrum of office administrative responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials & other business documents
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services
  • Handle duty travel arrangement for staff including hotel and air ticket booking
  • Maintain attendance record for the administration team in the Human Resources system
  • Coordinate with Customer Service Department for customer/guest visits including transportation arrangement etc.
  • Assist the General Manager to coordinate with internal departments for meeting and taking minutes of the meetings
  • Formulate, implement and revamp the current administration policies, procedures and guidelines and make improvement on them
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the General Manager

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Degree holder
  • At least 5 years working experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Good communication skill
  • Good PC skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
