Job duties:

Manages all facets at the Front Desk and supervises the work performance of the Front Desk Team to maintain and enhance quality service and comfort to all guests visiting the hotel according to Hotel standards and ensures guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related disciplines
• 3 years experience at Reception Desk with minimum of 1 year at supervisory level
• Strong training and communication skills
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
