Job Description:

1. Handling all incoming calls of hotel
2. Taking guest message and transferring lines

Requirements:

1. F.5 or above with a Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management
2. With relevant working experiences in hotel industry is preferred 
3. Pleasant and service-oriented 
4. Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
6. Able to work independently and on shift dusty is required
