Job Description

IT Helpdesk Engineer

Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, and applications.
Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide simple solutions to customers.
Pass complicated cases to on-site support team for further handling.
Keep customers informed on request status, progress and updates on the cases.

IT Support Engineer

Carry out onsite maintenance support work to corporate clients
Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, networking, and telecommunication equipment
Perform any other IT related assignments

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in computer studies or related equivalent
At least 1 year technical support experience (Fresh graduate are welcome)
Basic PC / network knowledge is preferred
Immediate available is preferred
Salary range from 11K (addtional OT and benefits) - over 14K
