The company is an important member of the OEM operation, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the company’s new product introduction process of its new series of household, personal & floor care products. 

Key duties include: 

• Develop project plan and set milestones to assure timely NPI from customization design to mass production as per predefined goals and metrics;
• Coordinate with other departments like Production Engineering, Sourcing, Quality etc. to build up to assure new products are manufactured meeting specifications on product features, cost, quality and delivery schedule;
• Oversee the product design process to assure that all tests and certifications are done as required;
• Manage project risks and implement necessary actions to contain the risks;
• Assist in resolving design and manufacturability issues in both design and pilot production phases; and
• Interface and coordinate with customers on daily basis to resolve technical and logistic problems. 

Suitable candidate shall be/have: 

• University graduate with an Engineering Degree;
• A minimum of 10 years design/project engineering and/or NPI program management experience in finished products, of which minimum 5 years are solidly gained in supervisory and management positions;
• Able to manage Product Creation Projects in line with defined process;
• Result-oriented, business-minded and strong in presentation.  Ability to win support from others is critically important;
• Ability to communicate with all level, demonstrates power of persuasion and assertiveness;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Work location in Shenzhen.
