Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the team on marketing communications, public relations and CRM programs. Well knowledge of social media is preferred.
• Develop strategic planning, execute and follow up on CRM strategy so as to drive customer loyalty and brand exposure
• Provide marketing initiatives and planning, editing, copy-writing, proof-reading and checking accuracy across all content materials of marketing documents for CRM, branding and sales launch campaigns
• Provide assistance on public relations and membership event management and logistics.
• Assist and support property sales launches in sales office and showflat.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with relevant 3-4 year experience, preferably in marketing/ communications/ advertising industry or similar
• Experience gained from Property Developer and Marketing Agency is an asset
• Proactive, creative, detail minded and a team player with positive working attitude and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Presentable, good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
