Responsibilities:

• Assist  the  Production  Manager  in  technical,  production  and  stage  management  aspects  for  overseas programmes;
• Assist in arranging special licenses for stage productions;
• Assist in managing technical and production inventories,and organizing information lists;
• Assist in tidying up inventory,preparing equipment labels, stock taking and warehouse maintenance; and
• Act as Festival’s Technical Coordinator for assigned production(s).

Qualifications:

• A recognized university/ academy degree in stage/ technical management, lighting design, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5  years  of  relevant  experience  with  3  years  in  a  supervisory  position  as  full  time  staff  with performing arts companies or arts organizations;
• Extensive  management  experience  in  various  stage  productions,  including  management  and  technical operations; and
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.

Contract period:1st September 2017 to 30th April 2018

(Candidates may also be considered for a full year contract)
