Full time: 5.5 days’ work (Mon to Fri, 8-hour shift, Sat 4-hour shift)

Including work late evening shift duty in rotation from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm (Mon-Fri) and 12:00 noon to 4 pm (Sat) 

Part time: (1) 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Mon to Sat) or

(2) 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Mon to Fri)

Job duties:

l  Is responsible for patients reception and patients’ appointments.

l Coordinate reports delivery.

l keep records and filing system in good order.

Requirements:

l   At least two years working experience.

l   Able to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

l   Pleasant manner with good communication skill.
