• Degree in the Business Administration / Medical / Pharmaceutical 
• Minimum 7 years or above relevant position and work experiences in Selling Medical Related Products with MNC corporations,
• Must have team management experience in Hong Kong

The Sales Manager is responsible to achieve the agreed targets in top line growth through familiarity with both dental market and customers, customer satisfaction through sales planning and account management, and ensure the delegated sales team satisfaction through performance and career management.

•  Aggressively deploy new customer initiatives
• Recommend and suggest sales strategies, promotional activities, and other initiatives designed to increase the level of awareness and sales of Product Solutions in the Territory
• Provide accurate and timely feedback on market conditions including pricing, competitor activity and marketing initiatives
• Build and implement long term customer relationship management processes
• To prepare monthly sales and marketing activity reports for the region, and accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance.
• To provide strong leadership and problem solving skill to local sales team in Hong Kong and Macau
• Liaise for special assignment such as convention, exhibition etc.
• Ability to regulate, monitor and inspire others to comply with Company’s policies and procedures and other external statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations.
