Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare contract budget, cost estimation and evaluation on tender submission
• Ensure the contractual obligations of contractors are in compliance with relevant government regulations
• Exercise stringent control on cost expenditure including scrutiny of cost variation and claims

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in building or construction projects
• Proficiency in general contract administration and quantity surveying skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
