RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To Deal with factories to confirm price and Leadtime.
• Issue Purchase Order to suppliers and follow up status.
• Manage the overall product and Delivery Schedule with tight timeline deliverables.
• Liaise with Project Managers and suppliers to ensure all products are on schedule.
• Data entry for account information to system and assist accountant for reporting.
• Perform General Admin Duties
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
  
  

Specific Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in working in SME preferably in Purchasing and Scheduling especially in PRC.
• Ideally a knowledge / understanding about manufacturing plastic components.
• Degree or Diploma Holder in related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• An excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Putonghua) is a must.
