Responsibilities:

• Enhance long-term business relationship with customers to maximize business growth
• Monitor the entire supply chain from initial development stage to bulk order process
• Establish sourcing and vendor management strategies
• Regularly provide innovative textile & sportswear market information & intelligence to the senior management
• Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
• Maintain a strong local and regional vendor relationship to meet customers' current and future business needs
• Work on presentation to senior management as needed

Requirements

• Degree holder in textile or related discipline
• Over 10 years relevant experience with 3 years at similar management level
• Fashion sense and trend knowledge on sportswear
• Solid experience in handling US customers
• Intensive knowlege in various woven & knit sportswear
• Proactive, result-orientated, high performance driven and good sense of integrity
• Mature, independent, detail-minded, systematic, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
