Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong working relationship with vendors
• Handle order merchandise based on demands
• Trace, Track and expedite purchase processes
• Coordinate and control for sales process, orders, shipping & payments
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation on all purchase, contracts, correspondence and related follow up
• Review tenders with respect to quality, suitability, delivery and pricing

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business related disciplines
• 5 years of Business / Supply management experience is an advantage
• Higher Diploma in Business related disciplines
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge and understandings of the logistic procedures
• Knowledge of the principle and spare parts used of M&E equipment
• English ( conversation & written ) , Mandarin
