Invoicing & ERP coordinator 100%

We are looking for someone experienced in ERP System/ software, engaged, smart and fast reactive.

Your role will be to ensure maintenance of the ERP System,

To coordinate the invoicing process between the brand and its partners Worldwide,

and ensure smooth transactions with our Hong Kong Warehouse.

Team is international and Partners are located around the world so communication, fast reaction, and greatest attention to details are the key.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing process coordination between the Brand, and its Partners worldwide
• Shipment Instructions to the warehouse
• ERP Maintenance for Product Support (referencing system, purchase orders , etc)
• ERP Maintenance for Logistic Support (Ensure ERP and Warehouse items are on the same line)

Skills / Competencies:

• A minimum of +3 years’ experience in logistics, invoicing or ERP Systems. Work experience in project management is a plus.
• The ability to multi-task, work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Excellent listening & communication skills
• Great attention to details
• Flexible and able to define priorities
• Capacity to work independently and autonomously
• Reliable & trustworthy person with a high sense of integrity
