Job Description
Let’s work together
- To handle and resolve customer enquiries via phone and email
- To conduct outbound calls for repair job quotation and status update
- To keep track and monitor the progress of outstanding repair jobs provided by vendors
- To maintain and update information of Customer Relationship Management System
- To coordinate with vendors on after-sales service matters
We are looking for
- Form 7 or above
- At least 3 years customer service experience with good communication skills
- With relevant working experience in call centre is an advantage
- Service-oriented, self-motivated and responsible
- Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
