• To handle and resolve customer enquiries via phone and email
• To conduct outbound calls for repair job quotation and status update
• To keep track and monitor the progress of outstanding repair jobs provided by vendors
• To maintain and update information of Customer Relationship Management System
• To coordinate with vendors on after-sales service matters

We are looking for

• Form 7 or above
• At least 3 years customer service experience with good communication skills
• With relevant working experience in call centre is an advantage
• Service-oriented, self-motivated and responsible
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
