Key Responsibilities

Compile statistical and sales report to sales and management team;

Follow up frontline sales and operation administration work;

Assist in handling HR matters of frontline sales;

Assist in handling points of sales location and contractual issues;

Follow up wholesales orders;

Provide customer services via phone and email;

Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High diploma or above, experience in retail industry is preferred

Proficient in Chinese input and MS office application. Previous experience in POS will be an advantage

Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
