Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for business administration and coordination to key business partners
Make swatch book and file orders
Order taking and confirmation; Seasonal sample entering
Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations proactively & independently
Maintain a reporting & planning system e.g. shipping status report, check book of orders and sales performance
Work with suppliers to localize all collateral
Coordinate between HQ and business partner for seasonal buying
Assist any ad-hoc projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree holder is preferable but not a must
1-2 years retail experience
Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in complexity, especially over long distances and time differences
Proficient in MS Office application (Strong in Excel & PowerPoint)
Business level in Mandarin
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
