Job Responsibilities:

• Handle mortgage loan applications processing, credit checking, credit approval, credit review and evaluate client's collateral level in single or multiple portfolio(s) of different assets
• Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents
• Ensure duly execution of loan documentations are in compliance with Company’s policies and legal requirements
• Compile and generate regular reports for management review
• Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up with customer’s loan application to drawdown
• Responsible for overdue payment collection duties and taking recovery actions
• Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to Money Lending Ordinance, relevant policies and guidelines
• Develop and lead overall credit risk strategy
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by management

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting, business management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in credit review for mortgage loan business
• Possess solid experience on credit assessment for mortgage loan applications, mortgage loan documentation and debt recovery gained in financial instrutions
• Well-versed in commercial lending policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of mortgage loan products and related credit policies
• Good understanding of credit risk and market situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
