Our client is a garment factory and they are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:

Job Duties:

Report to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Corporate Officer, this role is to enable all tasks and activities that related to sustainability.

• To develop Company’s future sustainability agenda and set milestones that Company shall embark on its sustainability journey;
• To define sustainability goals and priorities together with the Top Management that align with the business goals while also cope with the challenges that bring by the 2020 Sustainability Goal;
• To structure and plan the sustainability protocol and work with external and internal stakeholders to embed the sustainability and social responsibility into the daily operations which in some cases require to direct and organize the implementation of sustainability initiatives, projects and programs;
• To build up and manage a repository with data and metrics for analyze and measurement of the progress and performance of various sustainability projects on an ongoing basis; this includes the supervision of the compilation of the Annual Sustainability Report in adherence to customers’ requirements and industry guidelines;
• To engage stakeholders across the Group of all levels for promotion and education of the sustainability;
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Business or other related disciplines;
• At least 5 years' working experience in corporate social responsibilities, environmental health and safety or sustainability development. Exposure in manufacturing industry is preferred;
• Sound knowledge on sustainability and environment management such as ISO 26000, Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) and familiar with the GRI standards;
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities to carry out volume data collection and conduct different kinds of environmental analyses;
• Agile and resilient, excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to enable things done through formal and informal channels and work with people of different departments;
• Good command of both spoken and written in English & Chinese;
• Travelling to factories in China, Cambodia and India is required.
• Less experience will consider to be Senior Substainability Officer
