Job Duties:

• Provide professional consultancy services in waste management and environmental engineering in Hong Kong and the PRD region of Mainland China, and support project-officer-in-charge to manage consultancy projects
• Conduct research and development on waste management and environmental protection technologies
• Assist in project management including budget control, resources deployment and client relationship management
• Identify business opportunities, prepare project proposals and conduct technical presentation to clients
• Travel to Mainland China to perform duties when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Chemical, Environmental, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering disciplines or Environmental Sciences or equivalent
• Two years or more relevant experience in consultancy projects in the field of waste management / environmental management / environmental engineering
• Expert knowledge in waste management policies, and recycling and environmental protection technologies a definite advantage
• Experience in executing waste management / recycling projects and / or implementing Government funding schemes and/ or conducting research and development of environmental technologies a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative and able to work under pressure independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
