Responsibilities:

• Maintain flight and cargo details using proprietary software
• Work with colleagues to complete daily reports
• Identify and resolve cargo issues
• Liaise with international offices, agents and airline contacts via phone and e-mail
• Operate security monitoring systems

Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a must, Chinese / additional languages an advantage 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Airline cargo handling experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
• Immediately available is preferred

Working Conditions:

• Shift duty on 24/7 basis required
• 48 hours per week, 4 days a week
