Job Description

• Identify business process improvement and system enhancement project opportunities
• Communicate effectively with business users to understand, capture and document and requirements
• Follow up during and after the software development cycle to ensure applications developed are able to meet the business requirements
• Monitor the implementation and sustainability of process and system changes
• Train users for day-to-day application operations
• Travelling is required

Requirements

• University degree, Diploma or Higher Certificate in IT or business related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in participating to implement the ERP systems and support business process re-engineering
• Work experience in documenting the Business Process and communicating with software development team
• Knowledge in garment manufacturing process will be an advantage
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to meet project deadline
