Accounting Clerk (5-Day Work)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and accounting support to Account Dept. in managing daily accounting and reporting functions and operations;
• Responsible for daily clerical work such as filing and data entry;
• Handle routine accounting operations;
• Prepare vouchers and payment arrangement;
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma or above in accounting is preferable;
• Proficient in the use of PC skills, especially in MS Words, Excel;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded.

Administrative Assistant (5-Day Work) 

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for site team;
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above ;
• Proficient in the use of PC skills, especially in MS Words, Excel;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded;
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
