Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the PRC Finance team and the overall financial management of PRC group companies and for directing financial functions for  the businesses
• Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review
• Review  financial / management reports to top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Comply with legal requirements, enforce internal control and Group compliance requirements
• Provide and support feasibility study on new business and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or Accounting with professional accreditation
• At least 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting preferred with minimum 5 years’ in managerial capacity
• Previous working experience in retail/ manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with PRC accounting and compliance in legal and tax systems. Exposure in PRC or previous station in PRC is definitely an advantage
• Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
• Excellent business acumen with good analytical skills
• Excellent communication and effective people management skills is also essential
