Job descriptions:

• Perform routine accounting duties such as AR, AP, GL
• Take follow-up action to those overdue receivables
• Prepare bank reconciliation and month-end statements
• Assist in handling the accounting matters of subsidiary office in China
• Assist in month end closing & year-end audit
• Prepare and maintain sales & purchases matching data
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or above
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Audit / commercial field
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Knowledge of Kingdee or ERP system would be an advantage
