Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finance-related matters, accounting, taxation and company secretarial functions of the group
• Periodic financial report, variance management report and analysis, costing analysis, forecasting & budgeting as well as KPI tracking on business performance for management review.
• Work closely with business head in risk management and regular control, review and highlight significant operational risk and opportunities, provide professional and constructive advice to the management
• Lead and manage accounting team for full spectrum of finance and accounting matters of the group
• Setting business targets /KPI for projects as well as for each financial year
• Ad hoc project analysis

• Implement & enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles, internal control, coordinate and work with operating team closely

• Review & revamp processes and work flow to streamline & strengthen efficiency, implement appropriate changes
• Assist senior management in any ad hoc projects including feasibility studies, business planning, financial evaluations and management controls etc.
• Liaise with external auditors, lawyer, taxation consultant and other internal departments
• Building strong & trusting relationship with bankers & financial group
• Travel to overseas when required occasionally
• Candidate with more solid top level experience will be considered for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Requirements:

• CPA plus at least 10 years of Accounting, Taxation, Big 4 experience, preferably in petroleum industry, well acquainted with HK and PRC accounting standards, taxation regulations,familiar with listing regulations & process is appreciated
• Possess strong commercial orientation and analytical skills with high integrity and good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese and Putonghua
• Be able to proactively approach and drive the financial markets handling banking, financing, and investor exercises
• With highly sense of responsibility, strong problem-solving, well-organized, cooperative, team spirit and strong interpersonal & high level of leadership skill.
